Hangzhou optical cone Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2011, is a scientific and technological enterprise integrating optical design, lamp production and sales and providing overall lighting solutions. Relying on Zhejiang University, the R & D team of Hangzhou optical cone is mainly composed of experts, professors, doctors, masters and other highly educated talents. It has strong technical research ability, has many years of technical accumulation in the field of optical design, and has more than 40 national invention patents, utility model patents and appearance patents. By adopting advanced free-form surface technology and optimizing the core algorithm, the light distribution design at any angle can be realized, the light quality of lamps can be improved, and the most cost-effective people-friendly products can be created.
This heshibi LED projection lamp has unique shape, excellent texture, simple design, excellent quality, concise value and strong representativeness. It can skillfully integrate modern architecture and lamps, and has great ornamental value. The starting point of the design is to select the distant target surface (wall or surface) as the place to create a uniform spot with clear boundary in order to set off the beautiful and colorful lighting environment.
The lens of this heshibi projection lamp is independently developed and built by our company. The lens body includes an inner surface for receiving light emitted from the light source and an outer surface for emitting light, wherein the outer surface includes a first surface and a second surface for realizing a square illumination area. The second surface is used to connect the first surface. The first surface is spliced by optical curves of several equal angle sections. The section takes the distance from the spot boundary point to the spot center point as the energy distribution standard of uniform illumination for each section. The project provides a projection lamp lens, a light-emitting module with the projection lamp lens and a projection lamp, which can efficiently generate the lens surface through the secondary light distribution design, and realize the illumination uniformity of more than 0.85 under the requirements of the boundary shape of the square light spot.
